package described is only a suggestion. We've found that brides
like a general idea of what services we offer and guideline pricing.
Every bride is unique, and her special day should be EXACTLY that
- perfect for her. Some brides want to do most everything themselves
and just want some reassurance and guidance when requested, other
brides feel overwhelmed and would feel much more comfortable with
a professional taking care of every detail. Regardless of whether
or not you are like one of the brides described or somewhere in
between, we would love to visit with you and create a package
that fits your needs. Each Coordination package includes all services
described in each previously listed package.

Coordination Packages ~
For
All Coordination Packages:
* At least one coordinator and one assistant will be
present for every wedding with 100-199 guests.

At least one coordinator and two assistants will be present
for every wedding with 200-299 guests.
(Additional $75 fee will be incurred.)
*
At least one coordinator and three assistants will be present
for every wedding with 300 guests or more.
(Additional $150 fee will be incurred.)
*
All weddings with more than 350 guests will require custom packages
and pricing.
An
additional fee of $200 will be added to any wedding/event on
a holiday or holiday weekend. (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day,
Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)

Each
package is divided into equal payments with the non-refundable
deposit due at the signing of the contract, the final payment
due 30 days prior to the event and remaining payments are equally distributed
in between these two dates. The first payment is a non-refundable
retainer fee. Checks are payable to "Your Very Own Fairy Godmother".
A $50.00 late fee is applied to all past due invoices. Packages
subject to applicable taxes. Credit card payments will incur an
additional 3% fee.
All packages and prices are negotiable upon consultation. Prices
are subject to change.
