"Dawn was our wedding coordinator for our June 9, 2007 wedding in Austin, Texas . I met with Dawn initially about a year before our wedding and she was instrumental in helping pull together the wedding of our dreams at a venue that had never before been used for a wedding or event of this nature. Dawn met with us on multiple occasions to go over the wedding plans, including the change in initial reception venue. Planning a wedding can be extremely overwhelming, especially when you do not have a clearly defined idea in your head about what your "dream wedding" is, as I think most brides do. However, Dawn helped me narrow down the thousands of possibilities to get just want we wanted. Throughout the planning process, she was very helpful in recommending vendors and negotiations with my vendor of choice. She was extremely responsive via phone and email and I knew that I could always come to her with any questions that I may be unsure of, no matter how little they were.

Ultimately, Dawn and her team were worth their weight in gold on the day of the wedding. Everything ran seamlessly, at least to my knowledge. Dawn and her team kept everything in order- flowers falling off boutonnières from the humidity, issues with jewelry, etc. The ceremony started on time and everyone was properly seated, etc. Afterwards, they kept the wedding party hidden until the church was cleared out and proceeded to quickly clean up hundred of rose petals, pew flowers, etc. as the pictures where taken, and still managed to beat us to the reception where she was waiting for our arrival. Our entrance to the reception was perfectly coordinated, giving my new husband and I just enough private time together before entering. Throughout the reception she was keeping track of Todd and I and our every need. When we went downstairs to take pictures in front of the capitol, she even had a glass of champagne rushed out to me! And we absolutely loved the DJ that she recommended after we told her the style of music that we liked; he kept the party going until the last second. Dawn and her team were on their toes keeping everything on schedule throughout the reception, and leaving us enough choice to forego the bouquet and garter toss because everyone was having too much fun dancing.

By far, the best thing that Dawn did during her role as our wedding coordinator was to keep me worry-free on our big day. That was no easy task in retrospect, given that our cake barely arrived on time and she and her team had to help put it together and redo the icing on it. Not until 2 days after the wedding did I find out that there were serious communication issues with the baker, the cake was late to arrive, and most of the cake was not fully cooked. Even after the wedding, Dawn helped me put together letters from her staff and multiple vendors to make a case against the baker in order to dispute the credit card charge. Not only that, Dawn went to great lengths to contact the baker herself to resolve the issue while we were on our honeymoon. When they were unresponsive, Dawn actually contacted my credit card company directly to speak to them about the events of the charge which we were disputing.

Dawn went above and beyond her duty as our wedding coordinator to make our day unforgettable. I can't thank her enough for all the work that she has done for us and I am happy to recommend her."

Initially, we were unsure about whether or not to have a wedding coordinator. However, from the very first meeting with Dawn, we were never sorry that she was part of our planning process. As we continued to plan, it became apparent how impressively knowledgeable and helpful Dawn truly is. There was even a point when our DJ called Dawn on our wedding day to say that an emergency might prevent him from performing. Dawn went into action, and though our original DJ did show up, she had a backup set up just in case.

In short, we cannot recommend Dawn highly enough to you or anyone else planning a wedding.

If there was a crisis, I didn't know, and I love Dawn for that.

In other words, I didn't have to think about anything besides marrying my husband on my wedding day - which is exactly how it should be. My husband and I had the best day, ever, and I wouldn't change a thing. Hiring Dawn and her staff was the smartest, best gift I could have possibly given myself (and my husband) on my wedding day. I am raving about her wherever, and whenever, I can. Thanks to Dawn and Your Own Fairy Godmother, our happily ever after started out perfectly.

"Dawn and her team of three assistants were just amazing. I highly recommend her services. I hired Dawn for the rehearsal and actual wedding day, and she made my life so much less stressful. She took care of all those little details that you just don't want to have to think about - passing out the flowers, making sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, keeping the event moving, etc. I found out later about some of the mishaps during the wedding, and I was so shocked that I had no idea that these things were going on at the actual wedding. At this point, I simply offered a prayer of thanks and decided to go with the flow.Leyna kept things moving at the rehearsal making sure everyone knew when they were to arrive at the church on the day of the wedding. She had everyone's phone numbers including the vendors.The day of the wedding, Leyna arrived with two other young women. She checked the reception area and then went to the church leaving one of the "Godmothers" at the reception area. It seemed whenever I turned around a "Godmother" was there quietly making sure things flowed. In fact, I believe that I was the only one they seemed to lose the day of the wedding. I had so much free time on my hands, I decided to let the make-up consultant fix my eyes. I vaguely remember someone coming to find me since Leyna was concerned.We have had two other children married. The brides and I were the complete organization unit. At the rehearsals, I was the person issuing orders and making sure everyone knew when they had to be where. The day of the weddings, I was making sure everyone had flowers, the cakes were decorated, the boys were ready, and the bridal line-up was in place.This time, other than making sure the reception area was arranged to Michael Cherise's desire, I was able to focus on being with my family. I was able to watch my daughter as she had her make-up done. I was able to dress and enjoy being with the groom's mother and grandmother. This was precious time that I would not have otherwise had. I was able to relax.Leyna and her associate "Godmothers" guided the reception from beginning to end. They made sure the guests were taken care of until the wedding party arrived. Most important, Leyna made sure my daughter had a reception that was indeed the joyful celebration she had asked for. Leyna was a blessing. This quiet, gentle young woman had organizational skills and wise advice.

"Life brings some amazing experiences. Some are planned for and some are not. My daughter's wedding was a planned experience and one that was very important for me as much as for her.
When I relate to the wedding, I relate to the actual ceremony, not the marriage. When the vows are said, that is the marriage. The rest, for me, is the wedding. My profession as a Paramedic has created a detailed mindset for me and there were a lot of things I would have liked to have had a hand in. Being the father of the bride, I had other responsibilities and actions I had no control over. Of course, my wife and my daughter were in the same boat. We were able to release these things to the wedding coordinator.As the ceremony drew closer, things got more intense and pressure began to build on all three of us as well as others involved in the ceremony. The closer we got to the actual ceremony the less we were able to do to insure a grand experience for our beloved daughter.Then, the "Fairy Godmother" came into the light in a way we never expected. She put things together, coordinated them, and offered ideas and suggestions to enhance the event. As we felt things were slipping out of control she waved her "wand" (i.e. skills and training) to create a magical experience for all of us.The "Fairy Godmother" was calm, non-intrusive, gracious, and well-trained on how to handle the things we never planned for. As we drew to the final moments, she took over the reins of the event and steered our Princess down the aisle to a wonderful experience.It did not stop there. As the ceremony (ritual) ended, she continued to guide the reception and many more details that I am sure that we are not aware. My wife, my daughter, and I were blessed by her presence, her performance, and her professionalism."

"I was recently married, and I was blessed to have a wedding coordinator from your company. For my brother's and my sister's weddings, my mom was moving non-stop and working very hard to keep everything running smooth. She had to decorate, but aside from all the little details and doing everything a wedding coordinator would, she even made the cake. Needless to say, my mother didn't get a day of rest. For my wedding, I wanted her to have the chance to sit back, relax, and do nothing at all but worry about her hair, make-up and nails. I wanted her to be able to dance with my dad and to actually sit down and enjoy the dinner she had helped plan. Leyna was there to make sure my mom was able to do just that. She was so kind. She had to drive 40 miles each way just to meet with us and help plan the details. The day of the wedding, when I arrived at the reception site, everyone was busting around. Leyna had two assistants who were busy little bees. I needn't worry about anything but getting into my beautiful white dress. They even made sure that I ate something at the reception.I know that everything would have well the day of the wedding and everything would have turned out, but Leyna was bent on perfection, and because of it, I had the most beautiful wedding I could have ever dreamed of. I'm not really sure what my mom did the day of the wedding besides relax, but I do remember taking a two hour nap."

"#1 VENDOR -Dawn Earley w/ Your Very Own Fairy Godmother and her team were AMAZING! They kept everything right on time and checked in on me often. The most impressive though ... A button from DH's tux jacket popped off about 20 minutes before the ceremony and they fixed it ASAP. One of my false eyelashes started "acting up" about an hour before the ceremony and her team quickly picked up some eyelash glue and she fixed me right up! We started running low on vodka, etc. early in the night (which is scary since I had a small wedding and we "overbought" or so we thought!) and her team made a few runs to pick up more throughout the night. I'm sure there were other little things that I may never know about and I'm certain my guests never knew last night!"

"Dawn Earley with Your Very Own Fairy Godmother is absolutely fabulous! We were on a really strict budget and wanted to do a lot with it; Dawn was not only a great value, but she allowed us to customize her packages so that we could use her for what we needed her to do and not have to pay for a service that we wouldn't use. As far as her service, she was great! She was someone I could check in with and talk wedding any time, someone who would keep me sane and check in on me if she hadn't heard from me in a while, just to make sure that everything was ok.For my wedding, she brought a team of 5 Fairy Godmothers to help (pics in bio), and my fairly crazy wedding that had to incorporate two fathers-of-the-bride, different cultures and customs, and different religions ran like clockwork.
