    * 25-125 guests - 1 coordinator
    * 126-200 guests – 2 coordinators
    * 201-300 guests – 3 coordinators
    * 301-450 guests – 4 coordinators
    * 456+ - 5 coordinators
    * Site set-up - $100 per designer for up to 4 hours each
